• Perform all maintenance and cleaning tasks noted in checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to remove dirt, dust, litter, and debris from all facility areas.
• Walk the garage daily to note and correct maintenance problems.
• Sweep and clean around entrances, exits, stairwells, and all facility areas.
• Empty all trashcans in the garage, booth, and office.
• Paint any and all facility areas as directed to maintain a neat appearance.
• Replace burned-out bulbs, apply oil absorbent to oil spills, and submit requests for repairs or maintenance.
• Check conditions of safety items such as gate arms and ticket spitters for proper operation.
• Provide ticket and gate counter records to the manager and maintain a janitorial supplies inventory.
• Operate automatic sweepers, scrubbers, weed eaters, lawnmowers, and other equipment as needed.
• Remove snow from entrance or exit ramps using shovels or snow blowers.
• Report safety hazards, violations, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager promptly.
• Practice the Three Keys to Customer Satisfaction and the Five Customer Service Behaviors during customer interactions.
• Assist customers within the facility or as directed; resolve complaints independently or with supervisory aid.
• Be familiar with all aspects of the operation and cover other duties (cashier, attendant, etc.) as needed.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance, arriving in a complete uniform before and during scheduled shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education/
  
  Experience:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent; prior facility maintenance, electrical, or painting experience preferred.
• License Requirement: Valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
• Availability to Work: Flexible for shift work; 3rd shift or weekends may be required.

• Physical Demands: Frequent use of hands and fingers, lifting and moving 50 lbs or more, standing or walking for up to 8 hours, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching; ability to handle dust, chemicals, and extreme weather conditions.

$22.36 per hour (+ tips). This role is eligible to earn tips in addition to the posted hourly rate.
