Drake University’s Facilities Planning & Management seeks a Facility Maintainer III to perform custodial tasks ensuring campus cleanliness and safety. The role requires morning shifts, including Saturday and Sunday 5:00 am–1:30 pm and three weekdays 4:30 am–1:00 pm, with flexibility for interruptions.
Applicants must pass a background check and drug screen, have a valid Iowa driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred; training provided as needed.
