This position is located at 360 at Jordan West, a luxury 180-unit apartment community located just off Jordan Creek Parkway and EP True Parkway.

What we’re looking for
  • Dynamic, outgoing, and personable team members
  • High school diploma and one to three years of related experience
  • Open availability to work weekends
  • Safely and legally operate an automobile and golf cart
  • Current driver’s license with minimal violations is required.
Day in the Life of an Assistant Community Manager
  • Sell homes to our future residents:
    Use our CRM and other systems to nurture leads through walk in traffic, email, and phone. Use effective and professional sales techniques to coordinate property viewings, discuss community layouts, and available amenities. Maintain current and future community availability.
  • Assist the Business Community Manager with overall community operations
  • Effectively communicate to our current and future residents: prepare move in and move out documents. Use social media to deliver top notch resident and future resident experiences.

Your responsibilities include
  • Communicates effectively and professionally with all residents and coworkers while promoting a team environment
  • Assists in all community operations including monitoring and enforcing all policies and procedures
  • Supports the Community Business Manager in the management of all community staff and overall operations
  • Investigate and resolve resident complaints concerning the community or their home, other residents or visitors and inspect community units on a regular basis to determine repairs or maintenance as needed
  • Assist in utilizing all company software in an accurate and timely manner for any potential resident documentation
  • May be responsible for creating and managing social media content on multiple social media platforms to build an audience and ensure customer engagement
  • Coordinate and execute prospect and resident experience strategies
  • May be responsible for cleaning, including community units and clubhouse areas
  • Absorbs and complies with laws/policies regarding Federal, State and Municipal Fair Housing Laws, State Tenant Landlord Act, and the Federal and State Safety Regulations
