This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader at our Des Moines, IA location. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations, provide leadership, and support staff in delivering quality services to individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include supervising a team, scheduling, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, maintaining detailed records, and fostering a positive work environment. The Team Leader will also coordinate care plans, provide training and staff development, and liaise with families and external agencies to ensure client success.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
