About the Role:

We're seeking a proactive and hands-on Accounting Manager to lead our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams. This role is essential to maintaining efficient financial operations, fostering team accountability, and serving as a key liaison between departments. You'll oversee internal processes, manage vendor relationships, and be the final authority on customer account issues.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Team Leadership & Culture

+ Foster a culture of accountability with clear expectations and regular feedback.

+ Create a collaborative, approachable, and supportive team environment.

+ Manage team workloads and reallocate duties as needed to maintain efficiency.

+ Accounts Payable

+ Oversee invoice and credit processing.

+ Manage check payment schedules and ensure timely vendor payments.

+ Accounts Receivable

+ Supervise payment and refund processing.

+ Provide clarity on customer account activity and resolve escalated issues.

+ Cross-Functional Collaboration

+ Act as a liaison between finance and other departments.

+ Provide training and guidance on financial procedures and policies.

+ Ensure compliance with company standards across teams.

+ Process Improvement

+ Be hands-on with departmental processes.

+ Analyze and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

+ Administrative Oversight

+ Manage vendor contracts and related documentation.

+ Support corporate initiatives and fulfill additional duties as needed.

Requirements
