Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to oversee the operations of our multifamily residential community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality resident experiences.

Sign-On Bonus – Up to $1,500 paid in installments over the first six months of employment, beginning after 30 days. In addition to competitive hourly pay, this role includes access to regular bonus opportunities based on performance, contribution, and operational goals. • Oversee the operations of a multifamily residential community to ensure safety, quality, and performance.
• Lead and develop a maintenance-focused team, with emphasis on plumbing repairs and troubleshooting, while supporting HVAC, electrical, and general building repairs.
• Manage resident services and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager and leadership to achieve operational goals and maintain property standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets, staffing plans, and vendor relationships as needed.

• Strong background in property management within multifamily housing.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a customer- and team-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and deliver results.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general building systems a plus.
• Commitment to delivering a positive resident experience and upholding company standards.
