What You’ll DoThe Clinic Office Manager provides operational leadership and oversight for daily clinic functions. In this role, you will manage scheduling, patient records, inventory, and clinic systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will supervise designated clinic team members, actively participate in hiring and onboarding, and provide ongoing coaching and performance management to support a strong, collaborative team culture.
You will serve as the point of escalation for complex client concerns, modeling professionalism and empathy in every interaction. In partnership with leadership, you will assist with budgeting, financial reporting, pricing coordination, and identifying opportunities for growth and improved service delivery. You will evaluate clinic processes, recommend and implement improvements, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and ARL policies.
This role will directly support the clinic’s financial health, operational effectiveness, and ability to provide affordable, high‑quality veterinary services to the community.
What You BringQualified candidates should possess prior leadership experience, preferably in veterinary practice management or healthcare administration. A working knowledge of veterinary terminology and clinic operations is preferred. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and conflict resolution skills are essential. Candidates should demonstrate sound judgment, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with practice management systems are preferred.
This position requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and work in an environment that includes exposure to animals and moderate noise levels.
