Vice President of Enrollment

A company is looking for a Vice President, Enrollment to oversee strategic enrollment operations and ensure compliance across programs.

Key Responsibilities Lead eligibility, authorization, and enrollment operations using a metrics-driven model Design consumer-centric enrollment processes while ensuring compliance and operational excellence Drive operational transformation and process improvements in a high-volume environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, including 5+ years in a senior role managing large teams Experience in high-volume, regulated environments such as healthcare or insurance preferred Proven ability to drive process optimization and technology-enabled change Strong executive presence and ability to translate performance insights into actionable strategies
