Responsibilities
Lead our engineering team and oversee all aspects of the engineering and maintenance operations for the property. Play a key role in ensuring the appearance, functionality and integrity of the property are optimized while implementing strategies that support efficiency and sustainability.
- Focus on providing efficient service that contributes to meaningful guest experiences and maintains the physical assets at their highest level.
- Emphasis on planning, organizing and directing activities that are concerned with the maintenance structures, facilities and systems.
- Mentor and inspire a team of engineers fostering a culture of accountability, excellence and proactive maintenance practices.
- Minimum of five years’ experience as a Chief Engineer in a hospitality field.
- Proven leadership, management and administrative skills.
- Successful management of key talent and culture processes to include recruiting, performance management and team and culture development.
- Extensive knowledge of building trades and overall mechanics of building operations and maintenance.
