Responsibilities- Develops and aligns wellness strategies with enterprise goals, market needs, data, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Leads day‑to‑day wellness program operations, including employee and corporate wellness, screenings, risk assessments, fitness services, education, and coaching.
- Partners with internal leaders, departments, committees, vendors, and community businesses to integrate wellness efforts, expand services, and support revenue goals.
- Promotes wellness engagement through communication campaigns, events, and localized program delivery.
- Recruits, trains, manages, and develops wellness team members while ensuring effective onboarding, performance management, and use of UPH Leadership Essentials.
- Oversees departmental operations, policies, staffing, budgets, vendor performance, quality goals, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Tracks KPIs, evaluates program outcomes, and recommends improvements to increase participation, satisfaction, innovation, and overall wellness impact.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Wellness, Health Promotion, Health Education, Public Health, or related health field required.
- Master’s degree in public health, population heath or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in development and deployment of employee‑focused or corporate‑based wellness programs required.
- Budget management and/or business plan experience required.
Experience in business development or corporate wellness sales preferred.
