We're seeking a Corporate Skilled Nursing Billing Consultant & Trainer to serve as the subject matter expert on healthcare billing for all Life Plan communities. This high-impact role will help shape process development, ensure best practices and regulatory compliance, and deliver training and consultation across our organization.

What You'll Do:

• Lead process reviews, audits, and assessments of skilled nursing billing in communities, and provide actionable feedback and best practices.
• Stay current with—and help implement—federal, state, and local healthcare billing regulations.
• Develop and maintain engaging, effective billing training materials for a wide audience, from frontline staff to corporate leadership.
• Analyze accounts receivable trends and collaborate to drive improvement through strategic guidance and training.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue cycle software and support billing excellence.
• Review denials, ADRs, and appeals to pinpoint opportunities for process or educational improvement.
• Serve as a skilled nursing billing subject matter expert during onboarding and exit activities for communities.
• Research evolving government payer guidelines to keep training and processes fully compliant.
• Participate in committee and task force work that supports company initiatives.
