Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority (DART) is seeking a Procurement Lead to oversee complex procurements, contract administration, and federal compliance. This in-office role leads high-risk, agency-wide procurements and develops standards and terms.
You will partner with finance, grants, operations, and legal counsel to ensure ethics, audit readiness, and best value. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years public procurement experience preferred; CPPB/CPPO welcome;
Bonfire/ERP experience a plus.
