We are seeking an experienced Executive Director – Emergency Services & Nursing Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple hospital campuses.
What You’ll Lead- Staffing, workforce planning & leadership development
- Department budgets and financial performance
- Regulatory compliance and operational excellence
- Trauma, stroke, nurse residency and specialty programs
- Care coordination across hospital, rural and community partners
- Strategic planning, service-line growth and process improvement
- Master’s degree required — MSN or healthcare/business-related preferred
- 5+ years of progressive healthcare management experience
- Strong hospital/clinical operations leadership experience
- Proven success with quality, safety and operational improvement
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing leaders
- Strong strategic, financial and communication skills
- Emergency Services, Nursing Operations, Trauma, Stroke, or specialty-program leadership experience is highly desirable.
