Experimental Parts Procurement Coordinator
Type
: W2 Contract – C2C or Third-Party arrangements will NOT be considered for this role
Duration
: 12+ months Estimated to end: 2/2027 (Contract Extension Expectation AND/OR internal hire possibilities)
Pay Rate – Negotiable depending on DIRECT-related experience up to $20 - $25 an hour.
1st Shift
:
Monday to Friday (Flexible start at 6:00 AM)

Responsibilities- Manage inventory and coordinate part transfers between departments
- Edit manufacturing routings and troubleshoot part/program issues
- Prepare reports using Excel
- Coordinate between production, engineering, and supply management
- Occasionally design/model parts for shop use
- Manufacturing experience
- Strong Excel and/or SAP skills
- CAD familiarity (CREO or AutoCAD preferred; Fusion or similar considered)
- High organizational and communication ability
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset
