Welder Fabricator

Rasmussen is looking for a motivated Welder to join our fabrication team. If you’re eager to grow your skills, work with your hands, and produce high-quality welds, we want to hear from you.

• Fabricate metal parts from blueprints and specifications
• Perform MIG, TIG, stick & aluminum welding
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
• Support team production goals and deadlines
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Occasional travel (some overnight)

• 0-2 years welding/fabrication experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read blueprints & use welding equipment safely
• Detail-oriented, dependable, team player

• Base Salary starting at $25-27 per hour, depending on experience
