Position Title: Senior Assembler

Wage: $22.00/hour

Shift: 1st or 2nd

Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm (Monday - Friday) or 4:00pm - 2:00am (Monday - Thursday)

Senior Assembler Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced assembly of complex products and subassemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
- Conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot assembly, tooling and process issues
- Train and mentor junior assemblers and new hires
- Support workflow coordination and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements for Senior Assembler:
- 1+ year of wire harness or complex assembly experience
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to communicate effectively and meet production deadlines
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
