Overview
Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 1:30pm or until work is completed. Overtime as needed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Responsibilities- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; when lifting commercial tires, perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Be on the move: stand and work on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- May assist other departments, such as ecomm, inventory, and will call, depending on business needs.

Physical demands:
The employee must be able to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation, frequently lift products weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) may require team lifts or mechanical assistance.
Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL. All equipment provided by U.S. Auto Force except footwear. Adherence to safety and manufacturing guidelines is required for compliant use of all protective equipment.
Work environment:
Weather conditions may be present. Noise level is usually moderate. Fumes from tires and occasional car parts and lubricants may be present.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work at heights of up to 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards
- Abide by all company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines
- Ability to pass forklift certification
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
