We are currently seeking qualified applicants for our rebar fabricator position at our Des Moines, IA location. As a member of our fabrication team, you will contribute to the timely production of high‑quality rebar products used in construction projects across the region.

• Operate machinery to cut and bend rebar material to specified dimensions.
• Ensure products are fabricated to meet customer deadlines and quality standards.
• Operate material‑handling equipment to move rebar materials efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist other team members with shop‑related tasks and any other duties as assigned.

• Familiarity with a variety of general shop tools.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting measurements using a tape measure.
• High school diploma, GED, or local/state equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• This is a safety‑sensitive position; applicants must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical.

• Starting pay: $40,000 – $50,000 per year.
