Job Title
Review blueprints and work instructions to produce accurate work product that meets quality standards, safety requirements and allotted run times while meeting efficiency and productivity goals of the department.
Generate minimal waste and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Other projects and duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
Work hours will be Friday-Sunday 5:30am-6:00pm with a 1st shift training period for initial 3-6 months of employment.
Job Qualifications- High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associates degree in CNC Machining, Tool & Die Making or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 6 months combined experience and education in manufacturing environment required.
- Experience running a CNC machine, mills, lathes, multi-axis CNC.
- Comprehensive mathematic and problem solving ability required.
- Must be able to interpret and follow instructions and utilize precision measurement tools and gauges.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
