Forklift Operator
Position Summary U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 5:00 am – 1:30 pm or until work is completed. Overtime as needed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; when lifting commercial tires you will perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
- When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
- Some stock racks are 25 feet tall; work safely at these heights while operating equipment.
- Work on your feet for extended periods and be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments (e‑commerce, inventory, and will call) as business needs dictate.
- Perform other job-related tasks or follow instructions from the supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

The employee must be qualified to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequently lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment for commercial tires. Work may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moderate noise, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and SRL (self‑retracting lifeline).
All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe boots.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Abide by all company safety policies and state/federal transportation regulations.
- Must pass forklift certification.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Work in a team environment.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no test for THC/marijuana).
