POSITION SUMMARY

U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

The schedule for this position is Sunday, 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm and Monday – Thursday, 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm or until work is complete. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
  • Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
  • Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; for commercial tires use team lifts or mechanical equipment.
  • When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
  • Comfortably work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
  • Work on your feet for extended periods and be willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Assist other departments (ecomm, inventory, will call) as business needs dictate.
  • Perform other job‑related tasks and follow any job‑related instructions from the supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Physical demands:
The employee must be able to lift products weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires involves rolling, destacking, team lifting, or use of mechanical equipment.

Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, self‑retracting lifeline. All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe boots; all team members must use protective equipment as required.

Work environment:
The employee may be exposed to weather conditions at the time of work. Noise levels are usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires, car parts and lubricants may be present.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
  • One year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
  • Abide by all company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Passed forklift certification.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana).
