Machine Operator

Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Operate multiple machines such as lasers, CNC mills and lathes, angle-masters, press brakes, CNC saws, and other metal fabrication equipment to cut, fold, bend, drill, and mold steel components.;
Work in a fully autonomous manner on at least three different machines within the plant, managing setups, adjustments, and production runs with minimal supervision.;
Measure, inspect, and verify all parts against production prints, ensuring dimensions and features match specifications, and sign off on completed parts to confirm accuracy and quality.;
Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings to determine machine settings, tooling requirements, and process steps.;
Train other team members on machine controls, operating procedures, safety practices, and overall machine use to support cross-training and team development.
