Assist in the assembly and production of windows and related products according to established specifications;
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment, including glass cutting tools, edge machines, and other fabrication equipment;
Perform detailed quality checks on finished products to identify defects, imperfections, or inconsistencies;
Read and interpret tape measurements and perform basic numerical calculations to ensure proper dimensions and fit of components;
Collaborate closely with a small production team to achieve daily and weekly production targets and support cross-functional tasks as needed
