Production Worker – General Laborer – Des Moines, IA
We are hiring a production worker with mechanical knowledge or interest in cars. The role supports year‑round operations at a company specializing in car parts.
Responsibilities- Maintain shop cleanliness inside and outside.
- Dismantle vehicles, empty fluids, and pick up scrap materials.
- Operate a forklift to move or lift vehicles for oil drainage and tire removal, and to move inventory around the yard.
- Interest or knowledge in automotive mechanics.
- Ability to lift and move vehicles safely.
Pay: $16–$18 per hour
Shift: 1st (Monday–Friday)
Hours:
7:00am–4:00pm.
