Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

General Duties – including, but not be limited to the following:

• Blending, loading and delivery of bulk fertilizers – Dry or Liquid
• Handling bulk and packaged crop protection products – Sprayer Tender
• Grain Semi Driver and all other Grain handling (including drying) - Logistics
• Perform other duties not listed in this description as required by management. Safety
• Maintain any company equipment used in the performance of your job in good physical and mechanical condition
• Operate equipment in a safe manner and in compliance with all OSHA, state and federal regulations. Adhere to all company safety policies.
• Communicate safe storage and handling procedures to all customers
• Attend Right-to-Know, safety, and anhydrous ammonia training as required.

• Maintain Class A CDL (Haz Mat and Tanker)
• Will attain and maintain Handlers Certification minimum.
• Commercial Applicators licensing. (Core, 1A, 1B, other)

• Perform duties in an efficient manner so that excessive overtime is not required by yourself or others in the company
• Dependability - Positive attitude – Communication – Teamwork – Confidentiality
• Overtime required during spring planting and fall harvest – weekends included
• Perform other duties not listed in this description as required by management.

• It is to be understood that you may be required to work at all North Iowa Cooperative locations or other job sites as required by management. A new hire is subject to an introductory period of 90 days before permanent hiring and finalization of drug screen and background check.
