Senior Assembler

Position Title:

Senior Assembler Wage: $22.00/hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours:

4:00pm - 2:00am (Monday - Thursday) Are your skills not being fully utilized? Reach your maximum potential by working with QPS! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Senior Assembler at a company in Des Moines, IA. This is a potential to hire position for 2nd shift.

• Perform assembly of complex products and subassemblies based on detailed blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy according to specifications
• Troubleshoot assembly issues, tooling problems, and process irregularities to maintain workflow efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements, including wearing safety glasses and closed-toe shoes

• At least one year of experience in wire harness or complex assembly
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Effective communication skills with the ability to meet production deadlines
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
