Set up and maintain line equipment, monitor the process and assist production line personnel with preparation and packaging to meet GMP, safety, and quality standards;
Ensure efficient flow of product through the production process;
Obtain work schedule and daily production paperwork and verify ingredients/supplies/packaging for operations;
Put on all required personal protective equipment and safety gear;
Perform quality checks, change label rolls, and complete required paperwork;
Troubleshoot problems and make minor repairs/adjustments to equipment as needed;
Maintain the scale area and assist line personnel with line supply and palletizing;
Perform general housekeeping and end-of-shift equipment security
