• Lead and support production employees by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and coaching team members.
• Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment to move raw materials and finished goods.
• Use computer systems, spreadsheets, and production software to track daily output and maintain accurate records.
• Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing company policies and OSHA standards.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to troubleshoot issues and keep production running smoothly.
• Assist with hands‑on production tasks as needed to support team goals.

• Ability to operate a forklift (certification preferred; company can assist with training).
• Comfortable using computers, email, and basic spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and problem‑solve.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

• Background in food manufacturing or similar industrial environments.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a team.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
