Lead operation of rewind/slitter lines including change-overs, machine start-up, running and shut-down.;
Ensure all jobs are run in accordance with customer specifications, manufacturing specifications, and standard operating procedures.;
Adjust machine specifications, pressures, and equipment for each job.;
Work with and direct the rewind assistant and team mates to minimize change-overs and downtime.;
Train and direct the rewind assistant to perform required duties as defined in the training matrix; perform standard quality assurance tests and other tests as required.
