Marketing Coordinator

KEDbluestone is a growing engineering firm focused on clarity, consistency, and delivering an exceptional client experience. As we expand across the Midwest and nationally, we are hiring a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to help strengthen our brand presence and support business development efforts.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) marketing or professional services marketing.

• Create project profiles, case studies, technical articles, award submissions, and website content
• Coordinate and produce RFQ and RFP responses and proposals
• Ensure consistent brand application across collateral and digital platforms
• Manage website updates and support search engine optimization efforts
• Plan and execute digital campaigns and social media scheduling
• Coordinate conferences and industry events
• Maintain organized marketing materials and asset libraries
• Track marketing metrics and report insights to leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field
• Two to five years of marketing experience
• Experience in AEC or professional services preferred
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience producing proposals and managing deadlines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially In Design
