• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and go‑to‑market activities for EMS software solutions
• Support Sales Regional and Territory Managers with sales tools, presentations, and campaign materials
• Help develop and maintain product guides, talking points, and digital content for the EMS software portfolio
• Provide day‑to‑day support to field teams and customers, ensuring responsiveness and high satisfaction
• Assist in aligning messaging and campaigns across EMS hardware and software portfolios

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline required
• 2+ years of experience in medical software marketing, medical device, or B2B marketing experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or marketing automation tools is a plus

• Experience in EMS, hospital resuscitation, or cardiology
• Previous involvement with trade shows and industry events for marketing purposes
