Westchester is a multi-generational church of about 250–300 people, located where the city of Des Moines meets the northwest suburbs. The associate pastor role is centered on adult discipleship, leadership development and helping provide oversight and support for our staff team.
There are several aspects of Westchester that make our church a unique and meaningful place to serve:
- A long standing Chinese Fellowship that has been part of our church family for more than 20 years
- A strong and growing partnership with Hoover High School and Meredith Middle School, located directly across the street. This has given us unique ministry opportunities that we continually seek to improve.
- A renewed season of strategic planning, in which we are seeking greater clarity and alignment around our mission, vision and disciple making priorities.
