YSS is seeking a compassionate Street Outreach Advocate to join the Youth Opportunity Center (YOC) team in Des Moines. You will engage young adults aged 16–24 who are experiencing homelessness or at risk, building trust and connecting them to critical resources to move toward safety and independence.
You may work at the YOC, in schools, shelters, or out on street outreach across Des Moines, coordinating access to essentials and services and helping youth take meaningful steps toward stability.
