  • Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
  • Hours per Week: 36
  • Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 – $1,930
Qualifications
  • Active RN license (Iowa or compact state)
  • Critical Care certification (CCRN) preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
  • Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Completion of required onboarding documentation and health screenings
  • Up-to-date immunizations and screenings: COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, Influenza Vaccine, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
  • Background check and competency testing required
ICU RN Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform advanced clinical assessments
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Accurately document patient care and maintain medical records
  • Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
