The Assisted Living RN/LPN provides high-quality nursing care to residents in both Assisted Living and Assisted Living Memory Care. This role ensures clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and a safe, supportive environment while promoting residents’ independence and well-being.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized service plans.
• Perform resident assessments and monitor for changes in physical, cognitive, or emotional condition.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support CNAs and care staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and follow established protocols.
• Support infection control, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
• Collaborate with the Memory Care team to provide specialized, person-centered dementia care.

• Active RN or LPN license in the State of Iowa.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
