Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a 6 North Neurology unit position requiring BLS, NIHSS certification, and availability for night shifts with every other weekend coverage.
Responsibilities- Work on the 6 North Neurology unit in a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
- Required to work every other weekend
- 13-week contract
- Provide nursing care to neurological patients on the 6 North unit
- Holiday coverage required on a rotating every-other-holiday basis
- Local candidates are welcome to apply; local rates available for Iowa-based candidates
- Active Iowa (IA) or Compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
- Current NIHSS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- TNCC certification required
- COVID vaccination card required for consideration
