, a Cassia community, is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. Staff enjoy a favorable staff-to-resident ratio which allows us to provide exceptional care and build meaningful relationships with residents. Our community qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) in Iowa after 120 qualifying payments. We’re introducing new staffing patterns and shifts designed to enhance flexibility and work-life balance for our team.

, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults.   • Day: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
  • Evening: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
• Wage Range: $37.50+/hour depending on experience

• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow-up action as necessary
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
• Monitors residents and reports any change in their condition
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
• Monitors the performance of CNA staff
• Use strong interpersonal skills when interacting with others

• Current Iowa RN license or RN licensure within the compact states
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
• Stable work history
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a desire to be part of a team
