Travel RN - OR / Surgery 3x12hr Days REQ:67508 (Full Time)
Location: Des Moines, IA
Pay Rate:
Up to $71/hr. combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change.

Shifts:
12hr, 06:30-19:00,
Saturday & Sunday with rotating days;
Monday & Friday
Provides nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Pre-operative:
Prepare patients and answer questions. - Post-operative:
Manage recovery, monitor for complications, educate patients. - Maintain a safe and efficient OR environment.
- RN license in state of assignment.
* Compact License Allowed
** Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility** - BLS, PALS, and ACLS required. CNOR and CST preferred.
- Experience in medical-surgical units preferred.
- Experience in DaVinci robotics and EPIC
- Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills.
- Hospital settings (Med-Surg units, post-op recovery, step-down).
- Physical demands include standing, lifting patients/equipment, and stress management.
