Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Job Description

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel RN for the ICU in Des Moines, Iowa.

• Provide ICU patient care for a 13‑week assignment starting June 15, 2026.
• Work 12‑hour day shifts with a total of 36 hours per week.

• License/Certificate Verification (required)
• Health and Wellness Documentation:
  Fit Test, Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, COVID‑19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, 2‑Step PPD/IGRA, Varicella, Physical/Health Statement, Tdap, Influenza Vaccine (optional)
• Professional Documentation:
  Trinity Code of Conduct Form, Trinity I9 Form, Confidentiality and Security Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Non‑Employee Upload Form, Profile Submission, Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, Joint Commission Testing, Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training, System Access Form.
• Checklist and Testing:
  Specialty Specific Competency Testing, Skills Checklist.
