Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with telemetry experience to provide high-quality patient care during assigned shifts. This role involves monitoring cardiac patients and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and establish care plans based on telemetry readings.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to any abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient status and interventions accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families about their conditions and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid and current Registered Nurse license.
• Demonstrate at least one year of telemetry nursing experience.
• Proficient in cardiac monitoring and interpreting telemetry strips.
• Ability to quickly respond to emergency situations.
• Hold current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
