Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry to provide high-quality patient care during scheduled shifts. The nurse will monitor cardiac patients and ensure compliance with medical protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' condition continuously and interpret telemetry data to identify abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Document patient care activities and update electronic health records accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and stabilize patients as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in applicable state.
• Proven experience in telemetry or cardiac care.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring equipment and interpretation of ECGs.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM and EOW holiday shifts.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
