Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) - ORRNIA job Moines, IA.
Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
Location: Mason City, IA 50401
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: None
Pay Rate: $60–$62/hr
Position Overview: This role is for an experienced Operating Room RN to circulate in a multi-specialty surgical environment. The nurse will work in a fast-paced ambulatory/outpatient surgical setting supporting a variety of surgical specialties.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of OR Circulator experience
- Must be strong in at least several of the following surgical areas:
- ENT
- Orthopedics
- Podiatry
- Ophthalmology (including cataract extraction cases)
- General Surgery
- Plastic/Reconstructive Surgery
- Experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) setting is strongly preferred
Licensure &
Certifications:
- Active Iowa RN License or Compact RN License (no pending licenses)
- BLS (AHA) required
- ACLS (AHA) required
