Job Description & Requirements
Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) – locum tenens support.
Start Date & ShiftsStart: ASAP. Number of shifts: 10.
Schedule:
Tuesday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. (10‑hour shifts) 4 days per week.
- 15–16 patients.
- Outpatient Clinic.
- Standard Primary Care.
Oregon Medical License, DEA, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Board Certified.
Credentialing Timeframe- 30 days or less.
Corvallis, Oregon.
Job Benefits- Hourly pay: $72.75 – $78.75
