As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the RN contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.

EMR – EPICOT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x.

NBO: 8 hrs.

• if scheduled 36‑40 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs.
• if scheduled 48 hrs/week, OT billed after 48 hrs.

Avg. caseload – We average 35‑50 cases per day. Our expectation for turnovers is less than 20 minutes.

Special equipment – We have 3 Da Vinci robots; we use Stealth technology for neuro navigation and we use primarily Synthes or Stryker for ortho trauma. We don’t do many ortho joints.

How many suites – We have 16 OR’s. We run from 12‑14 routinely. As a level 1 trauma center, we reserve space for traumas.

Service lines – Cardiac/PV, Neuro, ortho (primarily trauma), robotics, gyn, uro, general, pediatrics, transplants. We do a small volume of ENT and plastic procedures.

Scrub or Circulate – both would be preferred.

Other – the call for weekends is from end of shift on Friday until 06:30am Monday.

• 2+ years of current OR experience.
• Scrub and Circulating experience strong in majority of cases including ortho, neuro, trauma, abdominal.
• Level I experience.

• Work history / resume.
• Home/taxable address or Driver License.
• Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date).
• License verification.
• References required during onboarding.
