Certification Details
- Registered Nurse position specializing in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry care.
- Must be willing to float between Mercy Main and West Campus locations.
Job Details
- American Heart Association BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
- ACLS certification required for RNs in critical care units such as CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU.
- License/Certificate Verification must be dated within 30 days of start and include state verification if available.
- Fit Test required.
- NIHSS certification required (related to stroke care).
- Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing must be completed within a year.
- COVID-19 Vaccine proof or declination required.
- MMR vaccination proof required.
- Hepatitis B vaccination proof required.
- Influenza Vaccine proof or declination required.
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required.
- Varicella vaccination proof required.
- Physical/Health Statement from exam within the last year required.
- Trinity Profile including Resume, Skills Checklist within a year, and 2 Professional References required for submission.
- Trinity Code of Conduct Form, Trinity I9, Trinity Confidentiality and Security Agreement, Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form, Trinity Non Employee Upload Form, Trinity Conflict Of Interest Disclosure Form, Trinity Criminal Background Check, Trinity Education Verification, Trinity EPLS, Trinity GSA/OIG, Trinity Joint Commission Testing, Trinity NSO, Trinity System Access Form, Trinity Skills Checklist, Tdap vaccination proof or declination, Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (Iowa only), Trinity IA Sing Report, Trinity OFAC screening required.
Job Requirements
- Every Other Week (EOW) / Every Other Holiday (EOH) schedule.
- Must be willing to float between Mercy Main and West Campus.
Schedule Information
- American Heart Association certification images (front and back) must be attached to candidate's record in TrinityVMS.
- License or certification verification must be attached online with machine-generated date within past 30 days.
- 9 Panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start, preferred within 14 days, with MRO signature.
- All engaged contractors must have various signed forms on file in Trinity VMS.
- Must upload required documentation and forms to Trinity VMS as specified.
