Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with circulating experience for Labor and Delivery. The candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in a dynamic OB environment, supporting patient needs during labor and postpartum.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care for women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
• Monitor patient vital signs and fetal heart rates to assess health status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and postpartum care.
• Document clinical observations and interventions accurately in medical records.
• Maintain sterile and safe environment, adhering to hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Prior circulating experience in a Labor and Delivery setting preferred.
• Knowledge of obstetric and neonatal care practices.
• Ability to work every other to every third weekend as needed.
• Flexibility to work every other holiday; no on-call required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
