RN - MST. - Responsible for providing nursing care in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry units.
Job Details
- Must have a valid nursing license with verification dated within 30 days of start.
- American Heart Association BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
- American Heart Association ACLS certification required for RNs in CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU (included here due to Telemetry specialty).
- NIHSS certification is optional but included as it is listed as required for onboarding.
- Fit Test required.
- TNCC certification is optional.
- Must complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing within a year.
- Must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccine or approved declination/exemption.
- Proof of MMR vaccination or IgG titer required.
- Hepatitis B vaccination series required prior to start.
- Influenza vaccine proof or declination required.
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA test required.
- Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer required.
- Physical/Health Statement documenting fitness to work within the last year.
- Trinity Code of Conduct Form, I9, Confidentiality Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Non Employee Upload Form, Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Joint Commission Testing, NSO, System Access Form, Skills Checklist, Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (IA only), IA Sing Report, OFAC screening all required.
Job Requirements
- Every Other Week (EOW) schedule.
- Every Other Holiday (EOH) schedule.
- Shift hours: 07:00 - 19:30.
