Joining UnityPoint Health comes with a limited-time $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance of up to $10,000 for eligible candidates. Applicants must possess current Iowa RN licensure and a minimum of twelve months acute RN experience. New graduates are encouraged to consider the RN Residency program.
