Opportunity Details
- Join a well-established and tight-knit team of 14 Physicians and 11 Advanced Practice Providers.
- Shift: 7p-7a.
- Providing coverage for the Critical Care units at Mercy One Des Moines and West Des Moines Medical Centers.
- Competitive base salary with shift differential.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an inpatient Nurse Practitioner or five years of experience as a critical care nurse.
- Active Iowa NP license and board certification required.
- $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
- $3,000 annual CME allowance.
- Employer‑sponsored professional liability and tail coverage.
- Benefits eligible day one.
- 403B with employer‑sponsored match.
