American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Tele Resource Pool position in Des Moines, IA, requiring flexibility to float across multiple med/surg units on night shifts.
Details- Resource Pool unit within a hospital setting, with float assignments across multiple med/surg floors
- Float units include Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med/Surg Tele
- Floating to a secondary campus approximately 9.5 miles away is required
- Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Every other weekend required
- 13-week contract
- Active IA RN license or a Compact RN license currently in hand
- Current AHA BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel
- NIHSS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- TNCC certification required
- COVID vaccination card required for consideration
- Holiday coverage required on an every-other basis
